I am excited to offer the following career coaching packages to clients in the United States with additional countries being considered.

Secure payment is accepted via GoDaddy Payments. Payment options include all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.

Free, 30-minute, confidential, initial consultation. I'll answer your questions, understand your overall career goals and we’ll determine if we are a good match. You should be comfortable with your career coach. 

Ideal for: Individuals transitioning from another industry/role to software project/program/product management (PM). As a result you will be able to navigate career change and make the transition. 

Duration: 8 sessions

Summary of services included:

• Deep dive to discover your personal strengths, interests, values, desired job attributes and career goals. Determine if these results align with software PM or another role.
• Receive and discuss your personalized Career Profile Guide to focus your job search and to consider job offers.
• Complete a professional gap analysis to determine the steps to move into or grow as a software PM.
• Craft a compelling resume and/or LinkedIn profile that stands-out.
• Job search strategy and identify key connections to move your career forward.
• Confidently engage in your next interview by getting personalized coaching on interview skills, answering tough questions, and mock interview.
• Job offer salary guidance to ensure you are paid what you deserve.
• 30 - 60 day new job ramp plan (free bonus).

Price: $680

Ideal for: Entrepreneurial people who feel an innate desire to run their own business but are unsure what that business might be. As a result you will be able to launch a side-hustle or full-time business of your own.

Duration: 6 sessions

Summary of services included: 

• Deep dive to discover your personal strengths, interests, values, desired attributes of your business and career goals.
• Identify and discuss potential business opportunities you are passionate about.
• Complete a professional gap analysis to determine if you have enough knowledge/experience to fulfill that opportunity. Discuss the ‘entrepreneurial mindset’ to drive your business towards success.
• Clearly define your customers and customer problem(s) your business intends to solve. Discuss pros/cons associated with numerous marketing approaches tailored for single-person businesses.
• Complete a light-weight business plan to get feedback from your customers quickly. Create a budget among other steps. Considerations to incorporate as a limited liability company (LLC). Receive a personal plan to execute towards launching your own business.
• Launch your business as a side-hustle or full-time!

Price: $510

Ideal for: People who already have career clarity but are having difficulty getting recruiters attention, interviews and job offers. Great for those who are laid-off and seeking employment (I was laid-off twice, I know...)

Duration: 3 sessions

• Job search strategy and identify key connections to move your career forward.
• Confidently engage in your next interview by getting personalized coaching on interview skills, answering tough questions, and mock interview.

Price: $255

Ideal for: PMs who need occasional support or specific topic coaching.
